THOUGHTS ON PAINTING
Standing against a golden, yellow and brown-toned wall is the subject of the Anna painting. The woman stands tall with her hands in her hair and on her head, with one of her hands resting on the top of her hair and the other against the side of her nect. She is slightly twisted at the waist, displaying a peek of her breasts and waist, but much of the front of her body seems to be covered by a white sheet or blanket. The color of the sheet helps to perpetuate the innocence of admiring the human form.
