Artist Sergey Rybak comes through yet again with his signature style of playing with shapes, lighting, and color to piece together yet another poignant figurative piece. Aptly named “Conversation,” the blending of varied, soft pastels that slowly grow into bold oranges, purples, and greens invites and incited contemplation and conversation. Rybak’s use of three-dimensional geometric shapes to create this soft, familiar image of a woman sitting and having a casual chat with a pup on her thigh is nothing short of masterful. Lighting is important for this piece and it would be a wonderful addition to a simply designed, bright room.

A member of the National Union of Young Ukranian Artists, as well as a graduate of the Odesse High School of Arts and the Kylv National Art Academy, Sergey Rybak is a Russian artist who was born in the year 1950. Residing currently in Ukraine, Sergey Rybak has had his art exhibited all around the world from everywhere from the Ukraine to the United States of America. Sergey Rybak uses a lot of bright colors in his work, using darker tones of gray and black only as a way to emphasize the rest of the colors in his work.
