THOUGHTS ON PAINTING
Light on the left side as opposed to dark on the right side, both represented in this phenomenal painting “Village in blue” by artist M Singh. Simple yet profound, this painter creates a multidimensional space where a variety of thoughts and ideas happily coexist. The houses and buildings look like they can move effortless or even fly, like they are not painted but simply attached to the canvas and can be removed. This blue village in winter seems to come out of a modernistic, geometric fairy tale, a place out of this world and one the viewer is tempted to explore in-depth.
