Alena Masterkova is a painter from Moscow.
She graduated from the Theological University in Moscow, faculty of monumental painting as an artist of monumental arts. After graduation, she has been working as a mosaic artist and she has created a lot of mosaic icons for churches in Moscow and other cities, she also had private orders for the decoration of houses.
Alena Masterkova has been a member of the Union of artists of Moscow since 2007 and she is a participant in international art exhibitions.
Since 2016 she has been working mainly in watercolors in the animalistic genre.
The main theme of her work is nature, animals and birds.
Alena uses watercolors, random drops and splashes to convey the special charm of the moment in the spontaneous movements of the wild.
